Annual Dues and Paperwork 2019-20

Posted on Jun 28 2019 - 8:41am

Welcome to a new and fun filled year of Scouting!

Please print and complete the attached BSA medical form needed for all Cub Scouts for the 2019-20 year.  Even if you have completed one of these in the past, we need a new form every year not just for scouts, but also for any parents or siblings who will attend a campout. The Boy Scouts of America require these forms at any scout-owned facility (such as Lawhorn, where we have Spook-o-Ree) in order to attend those events.
